This policy covers Fast Eddie Web LLC's tap-card service (the "Service") — a digital business card platform run by Fast Eddie Web LLC ("Fast Eddie Web," "we"). It explains what information the Service collects, why, who processes it, and the choices guests and cardholders have. Plain version up front: we never sell personal information, we never use guest information for our own marketing or advertising, and in the current version of the Service nobody gets auto-texted.
From cardholders: - Account information: name and email address, used for sign-in (email link) and account notices. - Card content: the photo or logo, title, business name, and contact actions and links the cardholder puts on their card. Card content is public by design — it's meant to be shared with anyone who taps or scans the card. - Billing information: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details go to Stripe and are never stored on Fast Eddie Web's systems. We receive and keep your subscription status, billing address (used to calculate tax), and payment records. - Guest information delivered to the cardholder's account (see below), and the cardholder's exports of it.
From guests, only when they choose to share back: - The name, phone number, and/or email address and any short note the guest types into the share-back form. - A consent record: the exact disclosure text shown, the action the guest took, the channel they chose, and the date and time. This record protects the guest and the cardholder — it proves what was agreed to.
Automatically, from anyone using the Service: - Usage events: card page views, contact downloads, link taps, and share-back submissions, tied to the card involved (this is how a cardholder sees their card working, and how signups are credited to the card that brought them). - Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and keeping one customer's account separate from another's.
We do not use guest information to market Fast Eddie Web's own services to guests, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the Service and its users from fraud or abuse. Guest information is otherwise shared only with the cardholder whose page the guest shared it on — that's the purpose the guest agreed to. We never sell personal information to anyone.
Guests: The cardholder is the person you shared your information with, and they're your first contact for it. You can ask them — or contact us — to stop further contact or to delete your information. If you contact us, we will pass your request to the cardholder and delete the copies held in the Service on a verified request. You never have to share back at all: viewing and saving a card works without it.
Cardholders: You can edit your card content anytime in your account, export your guest list, and cancel and request deletion of your account data as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law — contact us and we'll honor applicable rights.
The Service uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate it — keeping you signed in and keeping the Service secure. We don't use advertising trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before it happens.
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we make a material change, we'll notify cardholders by email before it takes effect and post the updated policy. The date at the top will change with each version.
